Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare and beauty products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
